I just submitted the piece from the collage, but try as I might, I cannot submit it to the proper folder. The only folder that allows contribution is the 'Featured' folder, but the Collage folder has only the 'sitback' option on it. Might this be a glitch of some sort?

Yes there does seem to be an issue. It's okay though, I can move it to the right folder.
